I am currently accepting vendors for the
2017 Country Christmas Bazaar, November 6-11, 2017

Both Bazaars are juried events; every vendor who participates is selected to retain high quality merchandise. To be juried just send me an email and attach some photos.

The bazaar is set up to look like a boutique gift shop.  This means we do all the merchandising and selling of the products.  This gives the vendor the opportunity to create more products or participate in other bazaars that are being held at the same time.

How does it work?
Every vendor is assigned his or her own identifcation number. The vendor puts this number on all price tags.  The vendor pays a registration fee when signing up to participate and a commission fee on the items sold. No expensive booth fees are collected.

Registation:
$60.00 non-refundable fee for  handcrafters (A handcrafter is a vendor who makes their own merchandise to sell).
$85.00 non-refundable fee for  retail vendors. (A retail vendor is one who purchases wholesale products for resale).

Commission:
27% of Total Sales
22% of Total Sales if the vendor chooses to work a total of eight hours during the sale.  Work shifts are limited.  Working consists of helping customers, greeting guests at the door, or other light duties.
