About Us
Both Bazaars showcase more than 7,000 square feet of quality gifts, crafts and home décor. The Main Pavilion at the Clackamas County Event Center is transformed into an elegant boutique style setting. There are surprise around every corner. The displays are unique to the merchandise that has been submitted. No two bazaars are alike! Free admission and parking.
Spring in the Country - April 2nd-8th, 2023
Over 100 vendors will be selling handcrafted items at our 35th annual Spring Show! Items featured will be birdhouses, garden art, collectables, home décor, plants gourmet treats and more!
Country Christmas Bazaar - November 5th-11th, 2023
Over 150 vendors will be selected to sell handcrafted items at our 51stannual Christmas event. Items featured will be Christmas and Fall decorations, collectibles, home décor, gourmet treats, and much more!
Central Check-Out
When you shop at our bazaars you will feel like you are in a store. No individual vendor booths. You, the customer, will only pay for your merchandise at the central check-out when you are done shopping. We will even hold your large items for you while you shop.
Debit and credit cards are accepted.
Attendance
Both bazaars are very successful and have a great following of loyal customers. With have an exclusive mailing list of over 8,000 patrons, several thousand attend each event. Click on the contact us page if you would like to receive a personal invitation to our next bazaar!
Vendor Information
I am currently accepting vendors for the Spring in the Country Bazaar
April 2nd - 8th, 2023
Both Bazaars are juried events; every vendor who participates is selected to retain high quality merchandise. To be juried just send me an email and attach some photos, and please include your price points for your merchandise.
The bazaar is set up to look like a boutique gift shop. This means we do all the merchandising and selling of the products. This gives the vendor the opportunity to create more products or participate in other bazaars that are being held at the same time.
How does it work?
Every vendor is assigned his or her own Vendor number. The vendor puts this number on all price tags. The vendor pays a registration fee when signing up to participate and a commission fee on the items sold. No expensive booth fees are collected.
Registration:
$75.00 non-refundable fee for hand crafters (A hand crafter is a vendor who makes their own merchandise to sell).
$100.00 non-refundable fee for retail vendors. (A retail vendor is one who purchases wholesale products for resale).
Commission:
27% of Total Sales
22% of Total Sales if the vendor chooses to work a total of eight hours during the sale. Work shifts are limited. Working consists of helping customers, greeting guests at the door, or other light duties.
